Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: May 2026
brokeinprod is a publication of FLMOR Media, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. We are participants in affiliate programs operated by retailers and brands. When you click a link on this site and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These commissions are how we fund our work — they pay for the products we evaluate, the time we spend writing, and the cost of operating the site.
How this affects what we write
It doesn't. We write what we actually think, including when that means criticizing a popular product or recommending you not buy something. If we recommend a product, it's because we've tested it, used it, or researched it thoroughly enough to stand behind the recommendation. The commission a retailer pays us never determines whether we recommend a product — and we will tell you if we've found a better option that pays us nothing.
Programs we participate in
We participate in retailer and brand affiliate programs. The specific programs we're enrolled in change over time as we add new content categories.
FTC compliance
This disclosure is provided in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR § 255 guidelines on endorsements and testimonials. We clearly label affiliate links wherever they appear in our content, and we never accept payment for positive coverage of a product.
